Penny sits on the couch to take a drink of water as she continues to wait for news. Shortly afterwards, Penny's throat begins to hurt. Was she poisoned? How could someone manage to sneak poisoned water into the safe house? Whatever the case, Penny dies a painful death from poisoning.
